Community Mentoring – Mentor Application

Are you a results-oriented leader who takes every opportunity to coach and strengthen those around you? Are you willing to ask tough questions and provide open honest feedback? Then, we need you! Traverse Connect is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Launch of the Community Mentoring program that will begin February 1,2023. We are currently recruiting for our pool of mentors. We recognize that our community has incredible leaders with great mentoring skills and a desire to help others grow. Requirements:

  • Two, 3-hour luncheon workshops
  • Nine, 1.5-hour meetings with your assigned mentee over a 4-month time frame
  • In-person attendance is required for both opening and closing events

Although this is a volunteer opportunity for mentors, proceeds from tuition of the mentees will cover the cost of the program and will be utilized for future leadership development programming offered by Traverse Connect.
