Abby Baudry

Abby Baudry is a strategic communications professional with over five years of experience in content strategy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project management. She currently serves as Communications & Strategic Projects Manager at Traverse Connect, managing multiple priorities including external communications, Michigan’s Creative Coast programming, grant writing and various special projects that arise within the organization. As Program Lead for Michigan’s Creative Coast, Abby has scaled the statewide talent attraction platform into a trusted regional resource aimed at connecting people to opportunities in northern Michigan.

Abby has also served on Governor Whitmer’s Growing Michigan Together Council and advises the Office of Rural Prosperity as a Young Rural Champions fellow, with a focus on rural talent retention and workforce development. Baudry holds a B.A. in Ecology from the University of Georgia and certifications in Project Management and Professional Grant Writing.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys staying active with activities like soccer, wakeboarding, and paddle boarding or relaxing with a good book or documentary in her downtime. Living in Traverse City with her partner Garrett and their two dogs Copper and Kirby, Abby is currently seeking volunteer and board opportunities to further her impact within local environmental and community organizations.
