Davis Lindsay works as a Motion Graphic Animator for Flying Robot Productions. He has lived in the Grand Traverse area for two years and his favorite aspect of it is the proximity to nature.
In his spare time, he plays video games, enjoys the outdoors and hiking, and documents his life through art. He likes to advocate for a revitalization of the film industry in Michigan, attend networking events held by TCYP, and continue to learn more about the community through open houses by local companies.
One of his favorite businesses is the Cherry Republic because they were the first company he worked for and their ideologies are something he’d like to emulate. The weirdest job he’s ever had was promoting the screening of his friend Ryan James’s senior thesis project Super’mance at the Tampa Bay Comic Con by handing out fliers to attendees.
A few surprising facts about Davis include his ability to unicycle while juggling, speak a tourist-level of Mandarin Chinese, and that he wrote a science fiction short story for the Write Michigan contest. The most recent thing he has begun reading is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.
