What is your day job?
How long have you lived in the Grand Traverse area?
I have lived in TC for 7 years overall.
What is your favorite thing about living and working in the Traverse City area?
I love that TC has everything ( water, woods, city). I love that I can be active year round from mountain biking to fishing to skiing and off roading.
What do you do for fun?
I like to mountain bike, ski, hike, kayak and fish among many other things.
How do you get involved in the community?
I am really fortunate to work with Serra and with Subaru. Throughout the year we have many fundraisers for some great causes like the local humane society, meals on wheel, project feed the kids, and many more!
What is your favorite local business and why?
It’s hard to pick just one local business. I love the restaurant scene in TC. They are each great in their own way! My two favorites are The Cooks House and Trattoria Stella!
What’s the weirdest job you ever had?
The most out of the normal job I have had is head chef at a brand new restaurant on Mackinac Island. I helped open Kingston Kitchen at the Village Inn my first season on the island then came back to work another also!
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
Before I started selling vehicles I was a chef for 5 years! I worked at a few restaurants in TC, one on Mackinac Island, and a beach resort in Naples, Florida.
What is something you’ve learned in the past week?
I have been learning that there are a ton of groups in the area for networking. I have been a part of TCYP for a while now but it is always cool to branch out as well!
How can other TCYP members support you (personally or professionally)?
The best way for anyone to support me is by referring friends, family or really anyone that is in the market for a vehicle to me. I make it my mission to make the car buying experience a fun and stress free process. I treat each customer as if they were a friend/ family member. We have a lot of options at Serra and I am confident I can find the right car for everyone!
