Golfing, traveling and hitting up the wineries and breweries with friends.
How do you get involved in the community?
Volunteering as a golf camp counselor for kids at Bay Meadows Golf Course
What is your favorite local business (restaurant, shop, service,etc.) and why?
I loved dressing up and having dinner with my family and grandparents at the Bowery now known as Jolly Pumpkin! We enjoyed searching for the ghost of the Bowery and taking pics in the garden. Fun fact – I took my first steps on the deck at Bowers Harbor 🙂
What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
Nanny on a military base in Dorset England the summer before I started at Albion College. It was an eye opening experience.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
After almost a year of traveling from my hometown to TC for job interviews, my dad suggested that I attend TCNewTech and give my “elevator speech” during open mic. So I did and this is how I got my job!
What is something you learned in the last week?
Lanternlit nightime hikes can be fun in the middle of winter!
