What is your favorite thing about living/working in the Traverse City area?
My job is to help guide others in the financial end of buying a home, especially in our region. It is a blessing to help others to make their dream of living in Traverse City come true.
What do you do for fun?
I love spending time with my kids, attending networking events and giving back to the community.
How do you get involved in the community?
I have a passion for working with others to lift up our local homeless community and working to solve housing insecurity.
What is your favorite local business (restaurant, shop, service,etc.) and why?
I love Oakwood Proper. Even if you take out the fact that they have amazing food; they consciously work to source all of their food and supplies from local vendors and farmers and is run by an amazing woman who has been in our area for decades. A local business giving back to local business.
What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
I was a DJ for a living. It was so much fun that for a while I thought I would collect part time gigs for the rest of my life.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
The furthest I have ever travelled in one trip was done at 6 months old.
What is something you learned in the last week?
The heart has a brain and there is an entire study dedicated to this. Neurocardiology!
