Women’s Leadership Cohort Alumni Roundtable

The Women’s Leadership Cohort Alumni Roundtable is a dynamic, year-long experience designed to foster continued growth, connection, and leadership among program alumni.

This exclusive roundtable is open to women who have at least completed WLC I. We will accept up to (12) alumni who will come together for (10) 1.5- 2 hour sessions over 12 months. The schedule will be determined by the cohort participants.

These sessions will be facilitated by Kathy Grinsteiner, a trusted guide and leadership development expert who has been instrumental in shaping our cohort experience.

What to Expect:

  1. Peer-to-peer learning in a trusted, confidential space
  2. Real-world dialogue around leadership challenges and triumphs
  3. Supportive accountability to help you stay focused on your goals
  4. Shared wisdom from a community of women who lead with purpose

WOMEN’S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: With thanks to the generous support of the Boundless Futures Foundation, Traverse Connect is pleased to offer a 50% scholarship to female leaders entering our professional development programs (Women’s Leadership Cohort, Women’s Leadership Roundtable, and more), with an aim toward growing our women’s leadership programs and expanding participation. Each of these programs have been developed to support women at all stages of their careers to grow as emerging leaders, develop their businesses, and gain the skills needed to grow as community entrepreneurs. SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT HUBS: Most businesses in the Grand Traverse region can qualify for free professional development programming. Traverse Connect is a proud partner of the Small Business Support Hub Grant Program from the Small Business Association of Michigan.Qualifying as a Participant in the SBSH Grant Program is relatively easy. You do not need to be a member of the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM) or any organization to qualify.
