About Kathy
Kathy Grinsteiner is the owner of EverGROWTH Consulting, a business focused on helping organizations thrive through leadership and employee development. Kathy had a rewarding career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan/Blue Care Network, having served in leadership roles for more than 20 years. Kathy has experience leading teams responsible for provider relationships, internal training, customer service and claim processing. She’s experienced in creating and implementing leadership development programs, as well as training employees at local businesses and through a number of local Chambers.
